I’ve spent over 15 years in industry, working closely with people, leading teams, and opening international markets — with all the operative challenges and responsibilities involved. As a shareholder in a mid-sized manufacturing business, as a co-founder and business owner, I know what it means to balance ambition with day-to-day reality.

Today, I step in and advice other business owners and shareholders who are facing their next phase of growth. Especially when growth at home feels limited and opportunities lie beyond familiar markets.
